How long does it take for my flowers to arrive from Bay & Bellflower, and where do you deliver?At Bay & Bellflower, we ship to any location within the UK. We process and post all orders next day delivery the day after they are placed. Therefore, you should typically allow for 2 days from the posting date for your order to arrive. We strive to ensure your flowers reach you fresh and on time for any special occasion. Can I hire Bay & Bellflower for my upcoming event, and what are the booking details and costs?Absolutely! Bay & Bellflower is delighted to offer our charming venue for any special occasion, whether it’s a birthday party, hen do, or baby shower. Our venue hire rate is a very affordable £10 per hour. Remember to factor in time for setting up and clearing down when making your booking. Currently, our availability for venue hire is limited to Saturday afternoons from 1:30pm onwards and all day Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Let us help make your event both beautiful and memorable!

Are dogs allowed at Bay & Bellflower?Yes! Dogs are very welcome inside and out at Bay & Bellflower as long as they keep out of the kitchen! We believe in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all our visitors, including your furry friends. We even have water bowls available in case they get thirsty during your visit. So feel free to bring your dog along while you explore our beautiful selection of flowers, cakes and coffee!

What are the opening hours at Bay & Bellflower?Our opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10am until 4.30pm, and on Saturday from 9am until 1pm. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. So whether you're looking to pick out the perfect bouquet or enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee and a bite to eat amidst beautiful blooms, we’ve got you covered. Come visit us and make your day brighter!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
